My Story:

I work full time, am a full time mommy to 3 year old twin boys Noah and Josiah, and a full time wife to my rock star husband Ross. I look for every opportunity to challenge myself, racing in running, biking, triathlons, adventure racing and snowshoeing. Training (if you call it that) consists of 5am workouts and lunch time breaks. It’s not just the thrill of the race my husband and I love, but the whole atmosphere and hanging with friends after crossing the finish line.

Accomplishments:

• Land Rover G4 Challenge, 2nd place team at US selections.
• 2nd place (35-59), 2008 Xterra Mountain Championships.
• 1st female Xterra Nevada Triathlon 2006
• Xterra Regional Champion, Age Group 30 to 35
• Xterra National Championship, 2nd in age group 30 to 35

Season Goals:
Be faster than last year! Snowshoe racing is the perfect way to work on my running.
