I run to win, challenging myself is fun for me so I try to enjoy every minute of this gift.

• USA National Mountain Running Champion 2009
• Northwest Mountain Running Champion 2008
• North America and Central American Mountain
• Running Champion 2009 & 2010, Becoming first male athlete to repeat
• 6-Time USATF National Team Member
• 2010 World Mountain Running Championship, 10th Place. Top American, Team Silver Medal
• World Snow Shoe Invitational 2010, 5th Place
• White River 8k Snow Shoe National Championship Qualifier Race, 1st Place
• 2010 Matterhorn 12.5k Mountain Race, Switzerland, 1st Place

Season Goals:
Learn to XC ski. Compete at the World Snow Shoe Invite and maybe Nationals. Try the most authentic food I can get my hands on in Japan!
