My Story:
My lifetime endurance advice - No one cares about the cleansing triumph of your daily fight against the industrial self you are supposed to be. It's hard enough to fool yourself.

Accomplishments:

• 3rd place, Pikes Peak Ascent.
• 6th place, Pikes Peak Marathon.
• US Mountain Running Team 2003.
• Three-time winner, Sunrise to Summit, Bend OR.
• 3rd place, USATF Trail Championships Vail CO.

Season Goals:
Keep training with Sarah, Bear, Sezzy and Durden (my wife and three dogs), who love to cruise the backcountry of Truckee, California.
